The photo below uses an awesome Sunset Valley skyline by that really gives it an authentic Sunset Valley feel, as well as all of the recommended visual mods in that post.These are some more very important mods one should probably have either way: No Unlinkage On Urnstone Delete, antiredundancy, BO No Sim Loaded, BO No Trash Memories, CJ Smarter EP check, and Maxis Objects Centerpiece Enabler.Community Skilling is great so your Sims can build skills using all of the wonderful Community Lots, especially the Gym, School, Park, and Library.One Sim has a University Career Lifetime Want that will only show up if you have New LTWs Enabled.Most lots have off-grid rugs, having zz_HL_RugFixesBin_ALLprevents them from looking weird.Most lots will have inaccessible shrubs/flowers so I also recommend having Perfect Plants.

SUNSET VALLEY SIMS 3 FREE
It is a fully populated CC FREE neighborhood (on this wonderful terrain by Voleste) featuring the lots and Sims you know and love (or don’t) from the Sims 3. Here it is (✨conveniently for my 1,000th post yay✨) my 3T2 recreation of Sunset Valley, the base game neighborhood from The Sims 3. But when the Altos arrive with uptown ideals, will the townsfolk feel the need to choose sides? Founded by the Goth family, and built up by the Landgraabs to be a quiet, peaceful town. I was having trouble finding a place for the film studio rabbit hole from Late Night, but then I came across this thread and I liked the idea of placing the film studio on the same lot as the science center, so that’s what I did.Before Pleasantview, there was Sunset Valley. The science center didn’t really fit in with any of the neighborhoods mentioned above, so I decided to place it here. If you see anything on this blog that you recognize and that I haven’t mentioned on one of these pages, please let me know!Ĭlick the pictures below to visit the different parts of Sunset Valley. Sometimes these lots just served as that, inspiration, while other times I made an almost identical copy. Some of these lots were built years ago and I don’t always remember where everything came from, but I’m obviously very grateful for all the wonderful people who shared their creations with the community. I’m not a good builder myself, which is why I’ve browsed the web a lot in the past years in search of inspiration and I wanted to link you to the creations (made by other players) that inspired my residential and community lots.
